Position: Store Relationship Associate
Scope of Work  Customer facing front end interactive job
 Lead generation/Sales of the Insurance Products to the Walk-in customers in reliance stores
 Showcase benefits of service products and enable member / Service registrations
 Answer all queries related to sales & service products
 Update a/c information & customer profile using CRM, Provide a/c related info to customers
Expected Profile

Educational Qualification 12th Pass and above
Other requirement Smart Phone, Basic knowledge of MS office – Excel / Word
Experience 6 months to 1yr experience in sales of any banking/insurance/financial services/direct marketing products.  Fresher can also apply with good communication skills
Salary Band
HSC Pass – Fresher to 1 Year – 15,000/-
HSC Pass with 1 to 2 Years’ Experience – 16,000/-

Graduate Pass - Fresher to 1 Year – 16,000/-
Graduate Pass – 1 to 3 Years’ Experience – 18,000/-
Salary: NTH + PF, ESIC others as applicable.
Note: Incentives after revenue achievement as decided by management from time to time
